The past life regression processes connects the client directly to their spirit guides and/or spirit team – depending upon how the client defines their higher guidance.  I am using the word spirit here to allow for all iterations and naming that is used in our culture. 

Spirit messages can be both direct and bold and indirect and innocuous.  They can be gentle and beautiful as well as demanding and potentially painful to hear.  I believe that spirit speaks to us each in the manner we are best able to hear.  If an individual has been continually asking the same question over and over and spirit feels like they are not listening to the answer that is being given, over and over, spirit may decide to take a different tact.  And spirit is most creative in its approach to assist us in understanding what is in our highest interests.  Spirit is always benevolent – even when it appears we are being hit over the head with a two-by-four.

Life Coaching as a process is dynamic and magical.  I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals who have made dramatic life changes through the Life Coaching process.  By design, the process is intended to challenge and expand our thinking, allowing us to make different life choices and therefore design and implement the transitions we so desire in our lives.

Intuitive Coaching is life coaching on steroids.  When an individual connects directly to spirit, the information and the encouragement given by spirit are both overwhelming and exciting.  Due to this combination of energy charges, it feels like and can at times actually have the effect of putting the life coaching process on steroids.  As this acceleration occurs, it is both exhilarating and challenging – especially when the adjustments being recommended are life changing.
