“Great questions” was her response and with that ambiguous response she went to work.

First, she asked me about how I typically felt as the week began. My response:  I typically felt energized and optimistic as each week began.  The weekends seemed to re-energize me and I was most ofte4n raring to go on a Monday morning.  And, by Friday I was tired and with significantly less enthusiasm than I began the week.  On Saturday, I typically did mindless things – running errands, some cooking, some reading and a bit of TV watching. And my Sunday, my energy was beginning to return with it peaking as I began my week on Monday.

She was amazed that I did not begin my week with the normal Monday morning blues – and I responded that I really did not.  I began most Mondays (there were a few that this was not the case) with a great deal of enthusiasm and optimism.  And I ended the week with this enthusiasm and optimism drained out of me.”

“First Joy wanted to know what stones kept reappearing and in what sequence or pattern I had discerned as I had studied my own life.  I shared with her that it seemed on Monday and sometimes Tuesday I was drawn to wear Moonstone, the Stone of New Beginnings; sometimes on Tuesday and nearly always on Wednesday, I seemed to be attracted to Amethyst, the Stone of Clarity; typically by Thursday I was attracted to wear Carnelian, the Stone of Courage; and by Friday I was nearly always wearing Jasper, the Supreme Nurturing Stone.

She was amazed and not really surprised.  Joy told me that my own analysis was going to assist me in seeing my patterns and needs.  She then asked what I typically wore on the weekend.

That varied a great deal (or so my research had indicated).  I often would wear a jazzy Pearl necklace (the Calming Stone) and if not my funky Pearl necklace, I often wore Citrine, the Stone of Rejuvenation or Turquoise, the Stone of Strength. 

What I wanted to know was how to interpret the patterns I had discovered.  What were these patterns telling me about me?”

“Joy found the similarities of the stones as amazing as we had during the Jewelry Box parties. She was absolutely intrigued by the number of stones frequently used in jewelry and the small number which seemed to be consistently reappearing.

I then went on to talk about what I had discovered when I spent the time in my own jewelry box.  Specifically, I told her that the information I had gleaned from the study of my own jewelry box and the observations I had made as to why certain stones attracted me on certain days was, to say the least, both intriguing and concerning.

Intriguing as I had found a pattern to the week, or so it seemed and concerning as the pattern had seemed to play out over and over again and I had no idea what the pattern was revealing about myself and my needs.

With this as an opener, Joy asked a few more questions.”

“The discussion about being attracted to stones allowed me to move on into an overview of the Jewelry Box Parties.  I shared how these parties were a brain child of the Stone Shop owner and me; how various ladies atte4nded the parties; and how each brought the stone energy jewelry “in their jewelry boxes” that they most often wore or used to most often wear.

Joy asked about the “findings” of these Jewelry Box Parties and smiled as I began to share with her the similarities we had discovered in each of the ladies jewelry boxes.  How the stones of Jasper, Amethyst, and Moonstone tended to be present in the mast majority of the jewelry boxes.

And how, when we asked the ladies to think about a day they had been called to wear a stone or stones, each “thought” it was due to the color of the outfit they were wearing that day…and when we were finished with the evening, most had come to the conclusion that they had, unknowingly, chosen the outfit so they would feel comfortable wearing the stone they were drawn to that day.”

“Joy was intrigued by the impact of the subtle energies of the stones.  I could see her thinking about the stone jewelry she most often wore and what it might be saying about her.  It is absolutely amazing how we are all impacted, even without our awareness and how we are each seeming to have an innate knowledge about what we need even though we  do not know (or think we know) anything about the stones.

We talked further about the subtle impact of the stones and how beliefs and fears – whether conscious or unconscious – seemed to open or close what I had come to call the “subtle energy portals” in our lives.

And how, although we may have those subtle energy portals more open or closed, we seem to continue to be attracted to the stones.  And how this attraction seems to be giving us information on what we desire to have in our lives.”

The Intuitive Coach (I call her Joy due to the delight her sessions bring me), smiled and asked me to provide more information on each of the groupings I had outlined for her in this oh so amazing list of activities.

And I began with the stone energy experiments with my friends.  I told Joy how each friend had selected a stone they were drawn to, had agreed to wear that stone every day for a three week period, and how, at the end of the period, we had convened and reviewed what was happening in each person’s life.  And, as the stories unfolded, how we all noticed the impact of the various stones, however subtle and however different, on each friend’s life.  I used a couple of my friends as examples – both of the amazing impact and of the very subtle and not easily recognizable impact the stones had seemed to have on their lives.

We then discussed my conversations with the ladies who seemed to know about subtle stone energy and what I had learned during those conversations.”

“I had done my homework and was ready for the session I had arranged with the Intuitive Coach.  This is the lady who had guided me on a Soul Regression.  She is both an Intuitive Life Coach and a Regression Therapist – and as such, I believe she brings what I need in the way of guidance to the table.

I arrived at her office and we began our session. 

Her first question dealt with what had prompted me to ask for a session – what was up for me in my life.  With that very leading question, I launched into all that I had been up to:
 The stone energy experiment with my friends
 The Jewelry Box Parties
 The awareness of the stones I had in my own jewelry box
And the further awareness of what caused me to choose the stones to wear on a daily basis.

And then I took a long and much needed breath!”

“Moving along to The Jewlery Box evenings provided even more insight.  Specifically,
• How certain stones were very prevalent in the various jewelry boxes;
• How this prevalence seemed to have no relationship to the various ladies other than the fact that they were drawn to the energy;
• And how the subtle energies of the stones – no matter the reason they were chosen – remained consistant in the stores each lady told regarding why they wore them and how they felt when they wore them.”

And finally, my own realization of the various stone jewelry I selected to wear.
• Reflection on how I was feeling each morning when I selected my stone jewelry;
• The impact of wearing certain stone jewelry based upon how I was feeling about the day;
• And the coming face-to-face with the challenges and the underlying beliefs about my life.

This summary should provide my Intuitive Coach with a great deal of insights for us to begin our conversation.”

“Committed to reviewing my Past Life Regression and  Manifestation Wheel, information and awareness’s, I resumed summarizing what else I had learned.

The experiment I had conducted with my friends and the stones they were drawn to had left me with a quite a bit of awareness and quite a few questions.  I became aware of:
• The draw certain stones had for certain individuals;
• The subtle energy impact of these stones;
• And the difference by individual of the impact of the stones.

The questions this experiment raised were:
• Why was the impact different – some very well defined and others more subtle;
• What beliefs were held by my various friends that allowed the stones to have their impact;
• And how can we triangulate the stones and their impact to our beliefs – both supportive and not supportive – in regards to the stones “expert” subtle energy?”

“I began with my learning from the Past Life Regression:
• Why I have felt so out of place over the past few years
• The bold steps my intuitive self desires I take on my own behalf
• A strong potential outcome of those bold steps
• Where I was stuck or scared in regards to taking those bold steps
• What it felt like to connect to my Soul Self

Next, I had experience the Manifestation Wheel.  From it I learned:
• The beliefs that were no longer serving me in regards to following my new course
• How to thank those beliefs for their information and adjust them for the new paradigm I want to live
• A dynamic and powerful format for my plan to move into this new paradigm I am committed to living

At this point I had to take a breath….had I really accomplished so much in such a short span of time?  And, to what degree had I left the learning and awareness’s I had gained in the Past Life Regression and the Manifestation Wheel to return to my old way of living? 

I decided I would revisit this with the Intuitive Coach during our session.  This review made me aware of my “slippage” back into the old way of thinking and acting!”
