“I had done my homework and was ready for the session I had arranged with the Intuitive Coach.  This is the lady who had guided me on a Soul Regression.  She is both an Intuitive Life Coach and a Regression Therapist – and as such, I believe she brings what I need in the way of guidance to the table.

I arrived at her office and we began our session. 

Her first question dealt with what had prompted me to ask for a session – what was up for me in my life.  With that very leading question, I launched into all that I had been up to:
 The stone energy experiment with my friends
 The Jewelry Box Parties
 The awareness of the stones I had in my own jewelry box
And the further awareness of what caused me to choose the stones to wear on a daily basis.

And then I took a long and much needed breath!”

“Moving along to The Jewlery Box evenings provided even more insight.  Specifically,
• How certain stones were very prevalent in the various jewelry boxes;
• How this prevalence seemed to have no relationship to the various ladies other than the fact that they were drawn to the energy;
• And how the subtle energies of the stones – no matter the reason they were chosen – remained consistant in the stores each lady told regarding why they wore them and how they felt when they wore them.”

And finally, my own realization of the various stone jewelry I selected to wear.
• Reflection on how I was feeling each morning when I selected my stone jewelry;
• The impact of wearing certain stone jewelry based upon how I was feeling about the day;
• And the coming face-to-face with the challenges and the underlying beliefs about my life.

This summary should provide my Intuitive Coach with a great deal of insights for us to begin our conversation.”

“Committed to reviewing my Past Life Regression and  Manifestation Wheel, information and awareness’s, I resumed summarizing what else I had learned.

The experiment I had conducted with my friends and the stones they were drawn to had left me with a quite a bit of awareness and quite a few questions.  I became aware of:
• The draw certain stones had for certain individuals;
• The subtle energy impact of these stones;
• And the difference by individual of the impact of the stones.

The questions this experiment raised were:
• Why was the impact different – some very well defined and others more subtle;
• What beliefs were held by my various friends that allowed the stones to have their impact;
• And how can we triangulate the stones and their impact to our beliefs – both supportive and not supportive – in regards to the stones “expert” subtle energy?”

“I began with my learning from the Past Life Regression:
• Why I have felt so out of place over the past few years
• The bold steps my intuitive self desires I take on my own behalf
• A strong potential outcome of those bold steps
• Where I was stuck or scared in regards to taking those bold steps
• What it felt like to connect to my Soul Self

Next, I had experience the Manifestation Wheel.  From it I learned:
• The beliefs that were no longer serving me in regards to following my new course
• How to thank those beliefs for their information and adjust them for the new paradigm I want to live
• A dynamic and powerful format for my plan to move into this new paradigm I am committed to living

At this point I had to take a breath….had I really accomplished so much in such a short span of time?  And, to what degree had I left the learning and awareness’s I had gained in the Past Life Regression and the Manifestation Wheel to return to my old way of living? 

I decided I would revisit this with the Intuitive Coach during our session.  This review made me aware of my “slippage” back into the old way of thinking and acting!”

“Where to start – I had assimilated the information from the wonderful Past Life Regression the Intuitive Coach had assisted me with; I had utilized the Manifestation Wheel to create a plan to manifest the outcome noted in the regression and to understand the beliefs I may be holding that would interfere with that manifestation; I had begun to understand the subtle energies of the stones and launched an experiment with my friends to see exactly how these subtle energies impacted our lives; I had been a part of the Jewelry Box evenings and saw the consistency of stone selection by the individuals attending; and I had examined my own selection of stones to see what I was feeling a lack of in my life.

Wow and Wow again….there was a lot to summarize for the Intuitive Coach and I did not have much time as my appointment was next week.  And, if she believed it would be beneficial to create a summary, then create I summary I would.

And the best place to begin, in my humble thinking, was at the beginning so all of the learning’s would follow, one after the other.”

“As I considered my previous dealings with the Past Life Regression and Intuitive Coach to be most helpful, I decided to call her again to understand her perspective on the information and possibilities I was uncovering.  What did I have to lose – and how valuable to understand just what I was telling myself through my selection of jewelry?

I called her and explained what I had been doing – my experiment with my friends and the impact of the stone energies on them; my experience with the Jewelry Box Parties; and now my awareness of the subtle energies of the stones I was selecting to wear on a daily basis.

This intrigued her and she asked me to prepare a quick summation of what I had uncovered to date through my experiences.  I agreed to create such a summary and we set an appointment for the next week.

I had the delightful and unsettled feeling this meeting was going to be very insightful – and potentially life changing – so I began my summation.”

“The third stone I most frequently wore was Carnelian.  I was now at the point that I was not certain I really wanted to know what the subtle energies of Carnelian provided…just how inept was I due to my beliefs.

I persevered and researched Carnelian.  It carries the subtle energy of Courage and is known as the Stone of Courage. Its subtle energies support positive life change, dispel apathy, motivating one to success.  Its subtle energies carry a high frequency or high energy pattern and a stabilizing pattern which allows for the motivation and positive life change support.

And Wow again…what in my belief patterns would cause me to need a talisman to support me in positive life change – in motivating me to success?  Do I not believe in my own potential?  Have I accepted in a belief from my friends, family and cohorts regarding how difficult it is to succeed, to be positive and successful?

This line of thinking was way over my head and I decided to consult an expert – and Intuitive Coach.”

“Not being ready to deal with the beliefs I hold that cause me to choose Jasper to wear, I thought perhaps if I examined the other stone I chose to wear I might see a pattern that would provide even more information.

So I moved onto the next stone I was most often attracted to wear – Amethyst.  Amethyst is the Stone of Clarity.  The subtle energy of Amethyst is known to facilitate decision making, aligning decisions with insights.  It is also supportive in enhancing common sense and promoting emotional centering. 
What of my beliefs would indicate that I did not believe I had this energy?  How have my beliefs limited me in my own belief of my abilities?

I had no idea I and my beliefs were limiting me so very much…who would have known?”

“It was good to have a starting point for this discovery process. 
I thought back to the stones I had been wearing most recently and realized Jasper was one of those stones.  Jasper is known as the Supreme Nurturing Stone – a stone whose frequency supports the wearer during times of stress bringing tranquility and wholeness and encouraging honesty with self.  So, what was I looking for when I chose to wear Jasper – what was I needing from the stone or my belief in the stone?
As I thought back to the days I had chosen Jasper, I realized that I felt I needed support and encouragement.  That would tell me I did not feel either sufficiently able to handle the day (a belief about my own abilities) or that I was not naturally supported by my Universe, My God (a feeling of being alone in the world)
This gave me lots to think about that I was not ready to address immediately.”

“Sondra smiled and said that my thought process and awareness of how the subtle energy of the stones was affecting my life due to my belief in them was a great example of the ever so subtle shifts that we make in our lives when we adjust or enter a new belief into the mix of our thinking (and believing).
She then asked me to think about which of the beliefs I hold may have taken me toward a course different from the life I would like to live.  OK, now it was getting harder…what beliefs do I hold (even those that are very small and subtle – I did not want to start with the larger, more firmly entrenched beliefs until I was practiced at this) that were not supporting me in creating the life I desired?
Sondra recommended I look to the stones I most often wore as they were acting as talisman against one of more of those beliefs.  Yes, that was a good place to start!”
