And finally, we had arrived at the last year in the cycle, a Nine Personal Year. I could tell Becca was running out of steam and yet she knew so much that it was hard for me to not want to ask a number of questions. Like, why nine? What was magical about nine rather than ten? Why was it such a long process – rather than a shorter more compact process? And many, many more.
Becca smiled and shared and one of the greatest challenges of our society is the desire to move through any process quickly to get to the goodies rather than realizing that each step creates the end result, the outcome. And, that if we were to understand this more, we would be able to better appreciate the process as we moved along.
Hmmmm, appreciate the process. What a thought. So, as I am about to enter a Seven Personal Year, she is challenging me to ‘enjoy the process’ and to realize that by being in the process for the purpose of the process I can actually manifest a more magical outcome…that each step is all that it is intended to be. Wow, what a shift in my thinking. We need a Shift Guru for this type of shift in the cultural thinking!

“Becca went on to tell me that what she meant by personal delegation is the type of process where we really hold ourselves to our highest and best standards; where we delegate all of those things we have been doing for others our of our own sense of not being worthy back to those individuals….where we delegate to ourselves in such a manner that we can manifest in all that is possible.
I think I am beginning to see what an Eight Personal Year can really bring. If we are to organize our lives, our thinking and our perspectives in such a manner that we create space in our lives and are to create personal delegation, we end up allowing in all that we have created in the precious seven years. Wow – why would we not all want to be in an Eight Personal Year?
Why would we need to go through the other seven years to get here?
Becca smiled. She was becoming accustomed to me asking the questions most people would only ask in their inner selves. And the answer she gave me made great sense. The other seven years each have their own growth and development so we are able to accept in that which we have manifested in the Eighth Personal Year. If we have not ‘done our work’ in the previous seven years, that which we manifest in the Eight Personal Year will be much more meager than what we have the talents and abilities to manifest!
Bummer….I was really going for the gold of having every year be an Eight Personal Year. OK – call me greedy!”

“An Eight Personal year is a year of manifesting…all that we have created during the seven previous years. What is manifested during an Eight Personal Year is a direct reflection of the processes and focus of the previous seven years. So, if you are not delighted with what you manifest during an Eight Personal Year, think back to your focus and actions in the prior seven years for you will have yet another opportunity to manifest in the nine year cycle (and yes, that is the good news!).
Organization is very important during an Eight Personal Year for the more organized and clear your space is the more likely you are to manifest…particularly in the financial realm. And by space, Becca indicated this meant not only physical space in my home (our home), it also meant space in our thinking and our vision of the world. Space is important in an Eight Personal Year and as such, space in all of its formats is important. If you/we have a fixation on anything,
it is taking space….space that other beneficial things cannot manifest into. So, clear space you’re your home, your brain, your world.
Finances (money) loves to have space to grow into and by allowing this space through organization, you are better able to manifest financially at the maximum level you have created during the seven previous years.
During an Eight Personal Year, career, accomplishments and material gain are the focus. It is for this reason that organization and personal delegation are very important.
And what is personal delegation? What was Becca meaning by this phrase?”

“As I am about to move into a Seven Personal Year, I found Becca’s description to be incredibly informative. It gave me a road map for my next year. I wanted to ask her more questions, to delve even deeper into the information, however I knew Becca’s time was coming to a close and we had two more Personal Years to cover.
So, with a sigh of resignation, we moved onto the Eight Personal Year.
And Becca began. An Eight Personal Year is a year of moving from the inner more interpersonal year (a Seven Personal Year) to a more outer or in the world year of the Eight Personal Year.
This transition can be a bit overwhelming at first as it can be to move from any one year format to the next. This transition, however, moving from inner looking to outer looking is more dramatic than most.
In an Eight Personal Year, the individual is best served to prepare for an onslaught of external information and opportunities, all brought about by the processes and attention spent in the prior seven years. For an Eight Personal Year is a year of manifesting….whatever you have created during the previous seven years.”

“Now that I was calmed down and in full understanding that I can and have gotten in my own way by simply taking action without awareness, I was ready for the eighth and last house – The House of Legacy.

In this House our facilitator was asking us to consider the impact of our projects on the future – both ours specifically and the legacy we will leave for others. Again, I was amazed to be thinking in these terms when I simply wanted to get on with my plan. And, I understood that any change I make – be it good, bad, or indifferent – will have an impact on everyone I connect with – both directly and indirectly.
So what impact would this change – this vision – this project I was about to unleash have on my world and therefore on the world of those around me? What legacy was I going to leave? “

“And so I listened and I engaged in the experiences our facilitator recvommended to live in alignment with my project.

I began to see that my project – manifesting the vision I had seen in my Past Life Regression – would have a profound change on my life at all levels. I was surprised to understand that we often do not allow the changes in our lives to occur. And by not allowing the changes to occur we do not allow our visions and projects to manifest.
How often had I worked and worked and worked to no avail ONLY because I was not allowing the changes in me to occur so my vision or project could manifest? How much easier would life have been up to now if I had understood this simple principle?”

“I was ready to get going….what did our facilitator say….there are more houses to complete? How can there be more then I am in alignment and I have my action plan ready to make it happen? Oh well, I suppose I should stay and see what she has to say.
The House of Surrender – why would I need to surrender – I need to take action (or so I thought). The House of Surrender, per the book The Manifestation Wheel and its process, is all about surrendering to the process.
And surrendering to the process means living intuitively; trusting that my project will be taken where it needs to go; and to make living in synergy and synchronicity with the Universe daily – making it a way of life.
Wow – how was I going to do this and how does it relate to manifesting my project? Don’t I have to get out there and work and not worry about living synergistically?”

“A bit wide-eyed and hesitant, I followed the instructors guidance. It felt so silly to think about what my life would look like when my project – the vision of my Past Life Regression – was manifested. Now this was a study in pure joy.
I had the opportunity to visualize what it would look like and then, moving backward in time, chunk by chunk, figure out what actions and resources I had “used” to realize the outcome in my vision.
Talk about turning the world up-side-down and having it make absolute sense. This was becoming more than just a study in possibilities – it was making sense as to the best way to build an action plan.”

“We were now ready to move to the sixth house, the House of Action. As we began to work in this sixth house, I reflected on how much better prepared I was to begin creating an action plan to accomplish the vision I had seen in my Past Life Regression.
In this house we called upon our intuitive knowing of the possibilities and potential of each of our visions. We also utilized a tools called “remembering the future” – a tool intended to assist each of us in seeing how our project or vision would manifest itself in our future. Then, with this vision, move backwards into the present.

What??? Move backwards into the present? This was just too wierd.
I had come this far, I was going for it.”

“As I began my work in the House of Empowerment, I began to realize just how often I had not empowered myself – out of fear – most likely hear of how powerful I might be. Our culture does not support us in empowering ourselves….in fact, as I sat and thought about it, our culture encourages us to give our power to others.
No wonder so much of what I had hoped to accomplish in my life had not been accomplished. I had not empowered myself – and I was the only one that could empower me.
I began to understand even more why I was unable to build a plan for my new reality. I had to empower myself to build that plan….I had to empower myself to take action on that plan…I had to empower myself to complete the plan.
This made so much sense. A felt calm and capable. A new feeling in regards to this life change.”
