Chronology of a Past Life Regression - My Initial Thoughts

Monday, July 7th, 2008

“Wow – what had happened?  I felt like I had been lying on the couch relaxed for perhaps fifteen minutes – not over an hour.  With this thought, my Past Life Regression Guide asked me to share with her the most important elements of the regression.  It sounded so simple – yet, the experience had been so rich I had no idea where to start.

As I continued to sit and re-assimilate myself to the room and the present moment, I realized just how much had occurred.  Further, I realized that much of the information I had gleaned had not been something I could verbalize – rather they were the feelings and the awareness’s that still remained in my body.

I felt a bit silly – sitting on her couch – with a bottle of water – and too many thoughts rattling about my head.  Where was I to begin?”

Chronology of a Past Life Regression - Returning from Trance

“And as the session was coming to a close, my Past Life Regression Therapist asked me if there was anything else of importance my Guide, “The Wise One”, would like to share with me.

I answered “No” that we were complete and that “The Wise One” was fading away and becoming a beautiful memory.

With that information, my Past Life Regression Therapist directed me to place all that I had seen and heard in my memory in proper perspective for easy retrieval whenever appropriate.  Once she was certain I had done so, we began walking back up the stairs to the present moment.

Upon opening my eyes, the first thing I saw was the clock in the room and was amazed that over an hour had passed since I first closed my eyes…..it seemed like only a few minutes.”
