How many times have any of us wondered what we are doing here – in this lifetime?  And how many of us still have no idea even after asking this question of ourselves and others over and over. 

A benefit of the blending of Past Life Regression and Life Coaching is that we gain valuable insight into the “why” and then are able to integrate this knowledge into our daily living.  And this information, this knowledge if you will, comes through our own filters – from our own guidance and through our own filters.  This is a powerful combination of information and energy that is not only perceived; it is often also felt and heard.  Once this information has come into a form we can begin to cognitively discover how best to integrate it into our lives.
