“With these items of concern on sticky notes, we began to create what my Regression Therapist called a “mind map” of the areas that needed to be addressed in my plan. This “mind map” was a way to visually see all of the elements and understand their interconnectedness.
Next, we determined what I needed to learn or obtain prior to launching this new career. This included information on starting and running a business, both legally and financially; classes and certifications I needed for this new endeavor; an appointment with my financial planner to determine where my resources were; a session with an individual to assist me in writing my business plan; a connection with a web designer and web marketer (and some adult education classes for me to ensure I knew at least the basics about small business technology; and finally an analysis of what I desired to complete in my current job to feel as good about leaving as possible.
Wow – I had a lot to do and a lot to learn. And with each area we covered, the lsit grew. Who knew this would be so expansive?”

“As I sat there, in the twilight of the trance, my Past Life Regression Therapist began sharing with me some of the information I had verbalized while in trance. In this sharing, she focused upon the information that had been provided to the questions I had noted as being the most important.
And again, Wow! The information was very telling and helped me understand the options available in my life. And the awareness’s that remained further assisted me in understanding the most likely outcome for each option.
How was it that so much information had been shared in so many ways in such a short time? This process was truly magical and empowering.
And so I began to share the understandings I now had and the changes I might make to my life from these understandings.”

“And “The Wise One” answered the most of those questions with clarity and sound direction.

I had wondered if the answers would be vague and without direction. I had wondered if there would be clarity to go along with the insights or if the answers would be as veiled as the questions.
To my delight, all but two of my additional questions were answered in a manner that I not only knew the possibility that awaited me when I took action, I felt the potential ramifications and risks. “The Wise One” was very clear with me about the process of free will and choice and with each comes the possibilities of success, failure, risks, and additional opportunities.
Simply by him sharing the “landscape of potential possibilities” should I take different directions, I was more clear than ever on what my next steps would be.”

“My first question dealt with a life change situation I was struggling with. Specifically, I felt like there was no growth in my job and was concerned that should I choose to do what I really wanted to do, I would be horribly unsuccessful.

When my Past Life Regression Guide asked this specific question, “The Wise One” answered that the past life I had experienced while in trance was all the answer I needed. He spoke further about the elements that often go into a significant life change – one of them potentially being a feeling of being shunned, of having to “go it alone”, and of fear of failure. I quickly reflected upon the life I had experienced and saw what he meant. Each of those emotions had occurred as I was the young Indian warrior. Was I really feeling anything different about my current dilemma? Was it really possible that there was a verdant green valley waiting for me to discover when I was willing to trust my spirit guidance?

As I lay there in trance considering this possibility, my Past Life Regression Therapist asked the other questions we had crafted at the beginning of the session.”

“And with those thoughts in my mind, I was directed to follow the life I was experiencing to the end of the life and then transition to the edge of the Spirit World. This transition was smooth and easy. I saw myself complete the life I had been experiencing. At the completion of the lifetime I was experiencing, I saw my soul leave my earth body and begin to ascent.
I felt the expansiveness of being in my “spirit form” and in floating to the doorway of the Spirit World. What a wonderful experience – such openness and freedom. And I wondered why we made this transition seem so difficult. Why do we not talk about the beauty and wonderful feelings of this transition to spirit?”

“My feelings ranged from utter sadness to incredulous disbelief. I felt sadness that there had been such loss while I had been away and disbelief that, given the sickness and famine, more were not willing to follow me to an area of abundance and beauty.

And I wondered how often this was happening in my lifetime….how often was I or those around me not willing to consider options if there was any potential of risk involved. Was I living a life similar to the one I was experiencing in this past life regression?”

“In this scene I was struck by a number of feelings that seemed to roll over me in waves.
First was the feeling of sadness and loss – sadness that others were not able to perceive what I was able to perceive and, thus the loss of the esteem in which they held me.
Excitement at the prospect of the adventure that I was about to begin…at the prospect of finding a better future for the tribe.
And finally, a knowing that this journey would take me many months and that some members of the tribe would not be here when I returned.
I journeyed for many weeks and finally found a verdant green valley.”

In addition to us consciously determining to connect to our Spirit Guides, these same Spirit Guides may decide to communicate with us without our prompting. And, in fact, that is often the most frequent communication that occurs as we do not reach out to them nearly as often as they reach out to us.
Spirit Guides use a number of communication tools. In my opinion, the most utilized method is simply through our thoughts….those thoughts that seem to create the right question or to provide the answer we simply could not create when we were engaged in focused thinking. These, in my opinion, are our Guides communicating with us through our subconscious thinking – our intuition. Guides may also communicate to us through strangers or our friends who make a statement and we are stopped in our tracks as we recognize the information or linkages to the information provide us the information we are seeking.

And, of course, dream time is a well used communication vehicle for Spirit Guides. Research indicates that we all dream every night and few of us remember our nightly dreams – or at least not consciously. I often wonder how frequently the information shared in dream time becomes one of those “thoughts” mentioned earlier in our waking awareness!
And finally, Spirit communicates to us through our physical feelings. Have you ever had someone make a statement and felt a chill or had “goose bumps” develop simply from the statement? When this occurs to me, I take special note of the information as it feels like Spirit is directing me with either “that is so” or “check that” – in some way acknowledging the information’s accuracy or lack of accuracy.
Are you aware of Spirit using these communication tools in your waking life?

Receiving communication with a Spirit Guide almost always creates a high desire for more communication. There is something very touching and alluring about the information Spirit Guides provide us and the joy of receiving their information. It is for this reason that one of the many questions I hear is: “How can I reconnect with my Spirit Guides?”
We connect to Spirit typically in one of a number of ways: through deep meditation, through highly intended prayer, and through hypnotic trance used in regression. Of the three most used routes, trance provides the most easily accessible process for the majority of those of us who desire to hear from our Spirit Guides. I believe there are two reasons for this: first, hypnotic trance is a quick route to the alpha and theta states which allow us to access our expanded awareness and intuition and secondly, it takes only a qualified and trustworthy guide to take us to this place (as compared to years of study and practice).
Are you looking to connect and/or reconnect with your Spirit Guides? If to reconnect, how do you most easily accomplish this reconnection?

I have had the opportunity to meet with individuals who have “tried it all” and nothing has worked. They have gone to every type of coach and therapist and intuitive and found them all lacking – that the information, advice and/or guidance provided was, at best, incomplete. That what the individual is facing, no one else has faced before – that no one understands their challenge – so solutions are not available.
If you are one of these individuals, then you may we best off seeking your own guidance. If you are one of these individuals then you may be well served to seek your own advice and counsel as it is true, in my belief system, that no one has our answers but us.
I wonder why we do not see our own spiritual guidance as our own divinity?
